Within the framework of the policy of the Central Agency for Organization and Administration to develop the skills of workers in the state administrative apparatus and in belief in the role played by the directorates of organization and administration in the field of civil service in accordance with the directives of the Central Agency for Organization and Administration within the framework of the general plan for the work of the directorates of organization and administration in the governorates with the aim of achieving: -

• Job satisfaction among all employees.
• Creating a link between development and training activities for employees.
• Increasing executives’ understanding and awareness of their responsibilities in human resources development.
• Improving the conditions of workers morally and financially.
• Facilitating citizens' dealings with the administrative apparatus.
