Major General Ashraf Attia, Governor of Aswan, approved the general plan of the Directorate of Organization and Administration, in accordance with the proposal of the central administration of the Central Organization for Organization and Directorate, within the framework of the continuing efforts made by the relevant state agencies to develop the local work system and achieve the required administrative reform within government institutions.
This came during a review by Suheir Makki, Director of the Administrative Training Center in the Directorate, of the features of the plan to the Governor of Aswan, in the presence of Mohamed Zaki Shehata, Director of the Directorate of Organization and Administration, and Mustafa Hafez, Director of the Information Center in the Directorate.
The directorate’s efforts and competencies were also presented, and its role in providing technical support to all service directorates at the level, in addition to presenting development proposals that contribute to advancing work in government departments, as well as implementing the civil service law in the state’s administrative apparatus.
The Governor of Aswan confirmed, in a press statement, that the governorate always seeks to develop work rates in application of the rules and principles of efficiency and transparency, pointing out that this will contribute to providing services to citizens with higher quality, in addition to identifying human capabilities capable of providing the best to improve the work system, control performance, and manage crises. And speedy decision-making within the framework of implementing Egypt’s 2030 vision and strategy.
